Kitchen team

Salaries/hourly rates are inclusive of expected tips.

Sous Chef - OTE £36-40k

Experience essential for this role. Running shifts and helping push the business forwards.

Line Chef - OTE £30-33k

Able to handle a busy service and takes pride in their work. Attitude far outweighs experience and training.

Kitchen Assistants - £11-15PH

Running food, prepping, washing up. An ideal role if you are looking to learn.

Front of House

Bar team - £14-15ph

Barista skills, organised and cheerful! Service only bar but will be joining in with the hosting too.

Waiting staff - NMW plus tips

The friendly face of the business looking after our guests, playing with their dogs and doing your best to make them smile!
